Fixing Missed Backup

Go to task manager, from the server where the backup is being missed.



You should see one or two of the below processes
bschJW.exe
BJW.exe

If so please end the processes.

The example above didn’t have the processes running. This is a classic example of regular missed backups. The bschJW.exe is the schedule service.

Now close the OBM client from the task tray



Right click blue icon, close

Stop and start the Online Backup Schedule



You should see

BJW.exe from Task manager



If is possible and you have had a lot of missed backups, it would be best to run a manual backup.

Right click the obm icon in the task tray.

Go to backup then select the backup you want to backup.
